For any work done in the normal 8 AM to 5 PM business window, VIP members get:
- A $99 diagnostic fee that is waived with repairs. By comparison, a non-VIP member will be billed $129 for the same diagnostic service
- + 10% off retail repair cost. A non-VIP member will not have a discount available.
- Commercial customers get a $199 standard diagnostic fee, which is also waived with repairs.
Our techs are on-call 24/7, so we also offer after-hours service:
- Your VIP membership means that your after-hours service fee will be reduced from $189 all the way to $99.
- Moreover, your diagnostic fee will only be $99, while non-members will be billed $129.
- Furthermore, as a VIP member, even that diagnostic fee will be waived in the event of approved repairs—and those repairs will be done at a 10% discount.
- Businesses that become VIP members will have an after-hours service fee of just $250, with the diagnostic fee at a modest $199. Here again, the diagnostic fee is waived in the event repairs are needed and approved by the customer.

HVAC Inspection for Sale
The condition of your HVAC system will be important if you put your property on the market. VIP members get a pre-sale inspection that includes all documentation and required reports. Prices are as follows:
- Residential customers: 1st unit: $289, additional units: $250
- Commercial customers: 1st unit: $389, additional units: $350
HVAC Warranty Protection
Sudden Service takes pride in our work, and we back up with a warranty. VIP customers get a full 3-year warranty on parts and labor. The warranty for non-members expires after 90 days.
For condensate, VIP membership protection lasts 45 days after the date of service. By contrast, non-members see their condensate protection expire 14 days after being served.
