Shaun decided to join the family business in 1993. He has gained over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is so knowledgeable that he has become regarded as the “Go to Guy” by his surrounding peers in the heating and cooling business community. Shaun is also the Operations Manager for Sudden Service. He is responsible for coordinating the technician team's efforts for repair and installation services in the field. Nothing gets past his attention to quality assurance.
Shaun also mentors and trains the new technicians starting out in the residential and commercial departments. Young techs all know they are receiving technical training from a true master of the trade. Shaun leads them (by example) to become Trusted Advisors to all our customers. He teaches them that nothing is trivial, and our customers notice everything. The details of the total service experience matter. Everything Matters!
